TECHNICAL REPORT 1

The Construction Management Technical Report 1 examines the general building background of the design and construction processes. Included in the report is a summary schedule, description of the building systems and an evaluation of the projects costs. Also, the report explains the local conditions, information on the owner, the delivery system and contracts used for the project and the construction managers staffing. A site plan of the current project can be found as well.

TECHNICAL REPORT 2

For Techinical Report 2, Construction Management options were to evaulate various building estimates as well as more detailed project schedules and site layout. Included in the report is a detailed schedule and a structural steel erection site layout plan. Additionally, the report shares an exterior facade assemblies estimate, detailed structural system estimate and a general conditions estiamte for the Geisinger Gray's Woods project.

TECHNICAL REPORT 3

Technical Report 3 is intended to provide information on areas of the project that are good candidates for research, alternative methods, value engineering, and schedule compression.  Included is a detailed review of each session of this year’s PACE roundtable and a critical industry issue I wish to pursue through further research.  Also included are problematic features of Geisinger Gray’s Woods Ambulatory Care Campus, analysis activities with research methods, and a detailed weight matrix for all proposed analyses.
